Leto ParentWise

Written and delivered jointly by Diana Goldin Family/Systemic Psychotherapist & Dr Flavia Ansaldo, Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist.

Diana and Flavia have worked together with families within the NHS for close to a decade and continue to collaborate in private practice.  Their combined clinical experience spans 40 years in the sector.

Diana & Flavia’s joint expertise and experience resulted in the parenting workshops they have written together, offered both in person and online, nationally and internationally.  As well as these workshops, Flavia and Diana offer direct therapeutic support for couples, families and individuals navigating conflict and change, diagnosis, grief and loss, as well as the ordinary ups and downs of day to day working and family life.

To date, particular workshops have been delivered at JP Morgan and Royal Bank of Canada. Examples of the workshops we deliver are:

  • Breaking up, not breaking apart - supporting your child through parental divorce and separation.  How to break the news, what to expect, and the golden rules of parenting across two homes.

  • Support, don’t protect - Offering guidance on establishing strong parental presence, building and maintaining boundaries which flex to need whilst building resilience and promoting autonomy.

  • Strike when the iron is cold - breaking free from being drawn into conflict and escalation with your child/young person.

  • My child won’t listen! - Practical tips on how to get out of (and not get into) power struggles.

  • Small people, big feelings - transitioning into parenthood and parenting under 5s.

  • Returning to work after parental leave - navigating the maze of conflicting roles and responsibilities.

  • Tech teens and digital safety - a collaborative (not combative) approach.

To book one of the above workshops, or to discuss bespoke workshop topics, please contact us.

The "Support, Don't Protect" workshop, delivered in person by Flavia and Diana at our head office in Canary Wharf, but simultaneously attended by 300 employees across our international workforce, was so well received my staff are asking for a part 2... thank you and see you again soon!

My colleagues and I really enjoyed the "Support, Don’t Protect" workshop. It was extremely useful & informative, offering real life examples and practical tips on how to support our children while building their resilience.

As I type, I am attending a live webinar by Flavia, "Keep Your Children Safe Online This Summer'. It is fantastic and each slide resonates with my own experience.

Thank you again and really, your session at RBC was fantastic, it will certainly have a useful lasting impact.
